Ramadan tackling the big screen
IN THE BLOGOSPHERE: Brothers Husain and Hamza Abdullah continue to make headlines. Both have brought a positive presence to the media as the New York Muslim community center is continually debated. The brothers were most recently featured on ESPN’s Outside the Lines in a segment titled “Keeping the Faith”. You could have seen the video here but it appears that ESPN has pulled it down for some reason.
Joining the Abdullah brothers are the football players at Fordson High School.
“Fordson” is a feature-length documentary film that follows four star Muslim football players from the high school in Dearborn, Michigan as they prepare for their season during the month of Ramadan. The trailer speaks for itself.

Someone should contact ESPN and find out why the video was pulled from their website? They usually keep content on there for a very long time.
